Esther
The advanced MPL (Micro Pulsed Light) device is designed to treat a wide range of dermatological conditions. This innovative technology has been meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional clinical results while significantly reducing the risk of side effects.
One of the key features that sets Esther apart is its special sapphire tip, which has a sophisticated surface composed of 140 individual cells. This unique design not only enhances clinical efficacy but also minimizes possible side effects, such as the unwanted appearance of “tiger stripes,” often associated with IPL treatments.
Moreover, Esther’s outstanding performance is seamlessly integrated with seven push-in type filters, allowing it to address various indications for both light and dark skin types.
Technology with 140 multiple cells
One of the side effects of IPL treatment that raises concern is the development of large areas of unwanted hyperpigmentation, known as “tiger stripes,” which can persist for a long time. This concern has caused many doctors to hesitate to recommend IPL treatment.
However, the use of multi-cell technology, which employs a sapphire filter with a microscopic grid structure, effectively contains the light energy within each cell, leaving a safety zone in the form of a square outline between adjacent cells. This design ensures that healthy tissues remain intact in the safety zone, similar to the fractional concept in laser treatments.
Thus, Esther can be safely used even on patients with tanned or darker skin.

Excessive IPL treatments can lead to the development of significant blisters, which may progress into post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) or scarring.
On the other hand, Esther can help reduce the risk of these side effects. An overdosed treatment with Esther may result in the formation of tiny blisters, resembling a fractional pattern, instead of a single large blister.

Push-in filters with seven wavelength bands
All filters in Esther are designed as push-in type. This means that instead of replacing the entire handpiece, users can simply change the filters by pressing the selected one into the filter slot.
This feature provides convenience to users and reduces treatment time.
