SOLALUX COMBI

SOLALUX COMBI is an innovative long-pulse laser device developed by IDS, featuring a true flat-top beam profile and two wavelengths—1064 nm and 755 nm—within a single platform for a wide range of indications, including hair removal, vascular and pigmentation lesion treatment, and more.

What sets SOLALUX COMBI apart is its unique ability to deliver the 1064 nm and 755 nm wavelengths simultaneously, allowing physicians to precisely target diverse chromophores at varying depths, offering a versatile approach.

Additionally, SOLALUX COMBI provides enhanced versatility by offering two handpieces—zoom and cartridge—to meet different treatment needs. It also offers two cooling options—gas or air—allowing doctors to customize treatments. Its gas component has an extended lifespan of up to 25,000 pulses.

Effective and safe treatment through the top-hat beam profile

The top-hat beam profile ensures an energy pattern evenly distributed across the treatment spot size, guaranteeing consistent and predictable results. This uniformity also minimizes the risk of side effects caused by localized hot spots.

Simultaneous emission of 1064 nm and 755 nm

The simultaneous emission of the two wavelengths, 1064 nm and 755 nm, by SOLALUX COMBI allows physicians to efficiently target diverse chromophores at different depths, offering a versatile approach to treatments.

For example, by simultaneously emitting the 1064 nm and 755 nm wavelengths, doctors can perform hair removal treatments tailored to different hair types—whether coarse or fine, black or gray, and at varying depths—providing a comprehensive solution. This adaptability also extends to treating pigmentation lesions, enabling targeting of pigments located at various depths.

Selectable options between two types of handpieces

The zoom handpiece allows easy adjustment of the spot size without the need to change the handpiece cartridge. Physicians can quickly rotate the adjustment ring to select their preferred spot size, saving valuable treatment time. Additionally, this eliminates the need to purchase multiple cartridges for the handpieces, resulting in cost savings on investments.

For doctors accustomed to using cartridge-type long-pulsed lasers from various manufacturers and who find this method more comfortable, choosing a cartridge-type handpiece instead of a zoom handpiece is an option.

Selectable options between two types of handpieces

The zoom handpiece allows easy adjustment of the spot size without needing to change the handpiece cartridge. Doctors can quickly rotate the adjustment ring to select their preferred spot size, saving valuable treatment time. Additionally, this eliminates the need to purchase many cartridges for the handpieces, resulting in cost savings on investments.
