SONORAMA is a HiFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) device designed for aesthetic purposes, offering a versatile approach to non-invasive skin rejuvenation.

This innovative device is equipped with both a standard handpiece and a pen-type handpiece, providing practitioners with flexibility and precision for the desired treatment areas.

The standard handpiece allows for broad coverage, making it suitable for larger areas of the face as well as the body, while the pen-type handpiece offers more detailed and focused application, ideal for smaller areas of the face. SONORAMA stimulates collagen production and tightens the skin, resulting in a firmer and more youthful appearance.

SMAS

The SMAS layer (Superficial Musculoaponeurotic System) is a fibrous tissue layer located beneath the skin and above the facial muscles. It is a key component in facial support and contributes to the contour and firmness of the face.

HiFU targets the SMAS layer. When the focused ultrasound energy reaches the SMAS layer, it induces controlled thermal coagulation and denaturation of collagen fibers within this tissue. This leads to immediate contraction and tightening of the SMAS layer, resulting in a lifting effect on the overlying skin. Additionally, the generated heat stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin fibers over time, improving skin firmness and elasticity.

Compared to other energy-based devices, HiFU effectively penetrates deep enough and precisely targets the SMAS layer.
